Refund Policy

A licence is digital content. Once you have begun using it, the right of withdrawal is restricted under Article 17(2)5 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Use is considered to have begun at the following points.

We determine this point from service usage records, and will share the relevant record on request.

• If you have not begun using the licence, you may request a full withdrawal and refund within 7 days of payment. This applies regardless of the licence period (one month, one year and so on).
• If you have begun using the licence, or more than 7 days have passed since payment, refunds for a simple change of mind are generally not available.
• For external marketplace purchases, the same applies once the redeem code has been registered. Before registration, you may cancel through that marketplace's own cancellation process.
• Where the Company is at fault - for example duplicate charges caused by a system error, or a service outage attributable to us that prevents normal use - we will refund you as an exception.

• Credits that have never been used may be fully withdrawn within 7 days of payment.
• Credits that have been used even in part, or balances more than 7 days after payment, are generally not refundable for a simple change of mind.
• Where the Company is at fault - for example duplicate charges caused by a system error - we will refund you as an exception.

• You may cancel at any time from My Page › Billing or by contacting [email protected].
• After cancelling, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, and the account moves to the free plan from the next renewal date. Cancelling does not forfeit the time you have already paid for.
• Cancelling stops the next charge. Whether an already-charged period is refundable is governed by section 2 above.
• For bank transfer payments, refunds require account verification and may take up to five business days.

Some orders are processed through Naver Smart Store, Kmong and similar marketplaces operated by the Company.

• Payment processing, receipts and cancellation for those orders follow that marketplace's own policies and procedures, together with the terms set out here.
• Before the redeem code is registered, you may cancel directly from your order history on that marketplace.
• Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through that marketplace.

Refunds are not provided in the following cases.

• Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (abuse, spam and similar)
• Remaining credits in an account the member has voluntarily deleted
• Credits that have already been used in whole or in part
• Promotional credits granted free of charge, such as referral bonuses or event rewards
